Our Story
VISSION
Keisuke Kafuku, founder of World Mode Holdings, who has more than 30 years of experience at Estée Lauder and Dior, established the company as a retail consultant. When Sephora, the leader in luxury omni-retail, landed in Japan, we were asked to operate the stores, and we hired 300 beauty consultants and provided training to operate the stores.
After repeated training, many fashion and beauty brands were happy to accept them. Therefore, we further strengthened our training programs. In order to serve our clients and realize the career dreams of our staffs, we created the highly talented team of professional members from across various fields. We aim for client success, industry development and community contribution by fusing diverse professionals and services. All efforts are for delivering to each and every brand, the services that win people's hearts and minds.
